- Parents who wish to withdraw their ward in the mid of the session 2019-20 need to pay the instalment of fee, if it has fallen due.
- Those who leave the school in the month of April or May must in all cases have to pay the fees for April, May and June.
- For the withdrawal of admission or transport services, one month prior written notice is essential.
- Transfer Certificate will be issued after all the dues are cleared and clearance form is completed.
- Students can be asked to leave the school for the following reasons:
- Indiscipline.
- Delay / Repetitive failure in payment of fee.
- Absence without permission for more than 10 days.
- Unsatisfactory progress in academics.
- Non-adherence to school rules and regulations.
- Possession of prohibited items like liquor, drugs, firearms and illicit articles.
- In case of student not joining school after taking admission, the admission fee will be forfeited.
- Dues, if any, may be claimed only within a year of leaving the school.
