Withdrawal RULES

  • Parents who wish to withdraw their ward in the mid of the session 2019-20 need to pay the instalment of fee, if it has fallen due.
  • Those who leave the school in the month of April or May must in all cases have to pay the fees for April, May and June.
  • For the withdrawal of admission or transport services, one month prior written notice is essential.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued after all the dues are cleared and clearance form is completed.
  • Students can be asked to leave the school for the following reasons:
  •             Indiscipline.
  •             Delay / Repetitive      failure in payment of fee.
  •             Absence without permission for more than 10 days.
  •             Unsatisfactory progress in academics.
  •             Non-adherence to school rules and regulations.
  •             Possession of prohibited items like liquor, drugs, firearms and illicit articles.
  •             In case of student not joining school after taking admission, the admission fee will be forfeited.
  •             Dues, if any, may be claimed only within a year of leaving the school.
